I am honored to invite you to a special reception in recognition of five remarkable women who have paved the way for progress in our community and beyond. These women have demonstrated leadership, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to making Fresno, and the state of California, a better place for all.
Join us on Thursday, October 24th, at Club One in Fresno, as we celebrate the achievements of Connie Conway, Shannon Grove, Karen Musson, Karen Spencer, and Erica Kious — five pioneering women who have broken barriers and inspired countless individuals through their dedication and service.
Each of these women represents the strength and values that make our community great. From Connie Conway’s tireless work as a former U.S. Representative to Shannon Grove’s steadfast leadership in the State Legislature, their contributions have made a lasting impact on our region. Karen Musson’s work in agricultural innovation, alongside Karen Spencer’s activism and dedication to community empowerment, continues to uplift Fresno in profound ways. And Erica Kious, a small business owner who took a stand for her beliefs, is a reminder that courage in the face of adversity makes all the difference.
These incredible women are a testament to the power of perseverance, passion, and community. I can’t wait to honor their contributions and share this special evening with you.
The reception will begin at 5:30 PM, followed by a formal presentation at 6:00 PM.
